The Class of 1911 folder contains material pertaining to the 1911 graduating class of North Carolina State Normal and Industrial School (State Normal, now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). Included in the folder are programs from the 1911 Class Day exercises, commencement exercises, the Annual Sermon, the Comedy in Five Acts play, and a program titled Representative Essays which were read by the students. Of particular interest is a booklet from 1961 which includes a short biographical summary of the lives of the 1911 alumnae. There is a calendar with photographs of campus and poems. There is also a heart shaped hand-made Valentine Dinner Invitation made my Laura Coit.
