The Class of 1946 folder contains material pertaining to the 1946 graduating class of Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (WCUNC, now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). Included in the folder are programs, speeches, invitations, and various graduation and degree announcement newspaper clippings from the 1946 commencement activities. Also included are dance cards from various events and a script and program from the Senior Unmusical titled So Help Me. In addition, there are alumnae directories, biographies, and other materials pertaining to class reunions in 1956, 1986, and 1996. Of particular interest is a letter written in 1956 from Gordon J. Von Abrams notifying the class of the death of his wife, Margery Elaine Hand Von Abrams.
