Elizabeth Anne Helm-Frazier (b. 1961), of St. Petersburg, Florida, served as a personnel actions specialist and a retention career counselor in the United States Army from 1981-2006. Elizabeth Anne Helm-Frazier was born 14 September 1961 in St. Petersburg, Florida and grew up in Ridgecrest, Florida. Helm-Frazier enlisted in the U.S. Army in August of 1981. She completed her basic training at Fort Dix, New Jersey and next went to Personnel Specialist training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Her first duty station was at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri making military ID cards. She did this for about a year before being assigned to West Germany.
