Kristine Grace Poirier (b. 1976), of Fort Jackson, South Carolina, served as a quartermaster in the United States Army from 1998-2006. From 2003-2004 she was deployed to Al Taji, Iraq. Kristine Grace Poirier was born 3 May 1976 in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. In 1994, during Poirier's freshman year of college at Washington State University, she joined the United States Army Reserve Officers' Training Course. She received a three year scholarship, and committed to four years of active duty service and four years with the reserves.
