Nancy Farrell Neubauer (b. 1942) of Raleigh, North Carolina, served in the United States Army Special Services from 1966 to 1970 and later worked in public broadcasting. Nancy Farrell Neubauer was born 13 September 1942 and raised in the Millbrook community outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. She attended the Woman's College of North Carolina in Greensboro and received both a bachelor's and a master's degree in piano performance. After graduation, Neubauer taught at High Point University for one year before joining the United States Army Special Services in 1966. In early August 1966, Neubauer reported for duty in South Korea.
