This scrapbook, created by Sara Lou Debnam in 1948, documents Debnam's experience as a student at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). Debnam, of Warrenton, Virginia, attended Woman's College from 1947 to 1950. She was a member of the Cornelian Society. Her freshman year she participated in many sports including swimming, basketball, and softball. She was a member of Life Saving, the Recreation Association, Square Circle, the YWCA, the Dance Committee, and was a Carolinian Reporter.
