95 organization. The corporators shall allow the North Carolina Confer— ence of the Methodist Episcopal Church annually to elect two members of the corporation for terms fixed upon for other members of the corpo= ration.

SECTION 4. At any time when the corporation is free from indebtedness and shall publish for two weeks in some paper in Greensboro an affida- vit made by its officers before a justice of the peace, by a vote of three—fourths of the trustees present at any annual meeting, the name of the corporation and college may be changed; said change to be pub- lished for six weeks in two papers issued in the city of Greensboro.

SECTION 5. This corporation shall continue for ninety-nine years.

SECTION 6. This act shall be in force from and after its ratifica-

tion.
