This folder includes several Registration Day proclamations by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Also included are pamphlets about the Navy League of the United States and Navy Day, October 27, 1942. In addition, the folder includes a pamphlet describing the YMCA's World War II efforts, the Volume II No. 4 issue of the publication Selective Service, and an investment bulletin from C. F. Childs and Company.
