Description
This study looks at the substandard housing in Greensboro. It specifically looks at the population characteristics of those residing in delapidated or deteriorating structures outside of urban renewal areas. The focus is on the length of time in a dwelling, the household composition, income, size of the dwelling, payment for the dwelling, and the occupants attitudes towards their current dwelling and the possibility of moving into better housing. This study was written be a geography faculty member of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
