This report describes and evaluates the first two completed redevelopment projects in Greensboro, Cumberland Project and Washington Project I. Included is information on the planning, housing, commercial sites, and streets. There are many photographs including an almost completed second women's dormitory at A&T State University. There is also information and results included of the first FHA special program involving non-profits. Lastly are pages of statistical data regarding the redevelopment projects.
