This report presents a proposal for redevelopment and revitalization of Greensboro's central business district through intensive urban renewal and a detailed planning program. The proposal presents renewal goals and objectives for multiple municipal concerns including cultural and recreational areas, economic growth, educational institutions, environmental factors, government interests, housing, municipal expansion, and transportation.
