This July 21, 1982 letter from Geroge Fisher, clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals, is a response to attorney Lewis Pitts' prior request that a special prosecutor be appointed to the federal grand jury investigation into the murder of five Communist Workers Party members at the Death to the Klan march in Greensboro, North Carolina, on November 3, 1979.
