This scrapbook, created by Ellen M. Bush between 1947 and 1950, is one of two scrapbooks that document Bush's experience as a student at Woman's College of the University of North Carolina (now The University of North Carolina at Greensboro). This scrapbook is illustrated throughout with sketches and contains an essay for a Spanish class, an essay on Edgar Allen Poe, an Arts Forum program, a script and costume sketches for "The Spice of Life," Senior Shows lyrics, and ephemera related to Bush's memberships in the Adelphian literary society and the Playlikers.
