Ruby Jane Hodgin lived in Greensboro, NC and graduated from North Carolina College for Women (now the University of North Carolina at Greensboro) in 1922 with a Bachelor of Sciences degree. Hodgin was an active student and participated in many clubs and groups on campus including the Adelphian Society, the Class Hockey Team, and the Education Club. She was also Business Manager of Handbook, Class Critic, Secretary of House of Representatives, and Pine Needles Staff. Scrapbook Two contains materials that date from 1921 to 1922. The black pages are bound with a cover reading My Memory Book: North Carolina College and are annotated in white ink. The scrapbook contains photographs, autographs, invitations, receipts, event programs, ribbon, table cards, and various candy wrappers.
