Mystery Brewing opened in Hillsborough, North Carolina in 2012 by Mr. Erik Lars Myers. The company enjoyed seven years of service before closing its doors in 2018. Mr. Lars Meyers is now the Director of Beverage Operations here at Fullsteam Brewing in Durham, North Carolina. In his interview, Mr. Erik Lars Myers discusses the North Carolina Craft Brewers Guild, his book North Carolina Craft Beer and Breweries, Mystery, and his current role at Fullsteam Brewing.
