At the time of this interview (Fall 2023), Chau Trieu was a senior student at UNCG. Trieu was born in Greensboro, NC. She talks about her early life, family and high school experience. Trieu discusses why she decided to attend UNCG and being a psychology major. She talks about working part-time while being a full-time student and her experiences with her sorority, Kappa Phi Lambda. She also talks about growing up as a Vietnamese-French American and her experiences with racism. Trieu recounts her memories of the COVID-19 pandemic and how it impacted high school and the first two years of college. The interview concludes with Trieu talking about her post graduation plans and what UNCG means to her.
