Luncheon was held at the King Cotton Hotel at 11 o'clock and served as the council's last meeting of the fiscal year. Guest speaker was Miss Joshine Sharkey of Chapel Hill who discussed her research on child psychology. Executive board members gave their final remarks and ushered in new board members. Thank you notes from charities that received money and clothing from the last minutes. Guests Mrs. Harry Doctor of High Point, Mrs. Shapiro of Winston Salem, and Mrs. White of Charlotte were in attendance. Mrs. Rypins of Wilmington gave a summary of the State Jewish Federation meeting in Charlotte.
