Description

Bound collection of correspondence letters of the Southern Education Board from 1902 which once belonged to Dr. Charles D. McIver. The hundreds of letters were exchanged between Dr. McIver and many educational leaders throughout the United States. The letters are preceded by an alphabetical index of names. Topics include taxation, colleges, conferences, educational campaigns, superintendents, principals, Southern Education Board, George Foster Peabody, John B. Small, H. B. Frissell.
