In this letter to Student Government Association Vice President Cheryl Sosnik, UNCG Chancellor James S. Ferguson acknowledges the Student Senate's request for more information from the ad-hoc faculty committee that advised Ferguson in the matter of reclassifying the Neo-Black Society status as a student organization. In this letter he also reports that he understands that his decision to overturn the Student Senate's decision will be appealed by the students.
