This is an unfinished proof of what appears to be Barbara Snead's original enlistment photo taken by Delma Studios. Snead wears the blue dress uniform of the United States Air Force. The lack of rank on her uniform would indicate that she is Airmen basic, an original enlistment rank that bares no insignia. On her lapel is the traditional symbol of the United States armed forces. Her cap is unique and may be outside of normal dress regulations.
