Terri Leedy primarily documents her experiences with the military and switching between different branches while in the military. She goes into detail about explosive ordnance disposal, the difficult training, and the dangers of the job. Along with this Leedy talks about her experience in the Persian Gulf War and the PTSD that resulted from her time there. Leedy goes into PTSD, how it affects her, and the importance of recognizing it and getting help. Leedy touches on discrimination and harassment. She also goes over life after the military and how difficult finding a job was after leaving.
