Women's Army Corps (WAC) khaki summer visored hat, with chin strap placed above visor, and enlisted insignia. Referred to as "Hobby Hat" after the director of the WAC, Oveta Culp Hobby. Worn by Reva Ingram Fortune from 1943 to 1945.
