Odra Oñate (b. 1980), of Guayaquil, Ecuador, served as an aviation storekeeper and a master-at-arms in the United States Navy from 1998-2005 and has been in the Navy Reserve since then. Odra Oñate was born on 10 March 1980. Oñate joined the U.S. Navy on 4 August 1998, in Bronx, New York. Oñate boot camp at Great Lakes, Illinois from 4 August 1998 to 12 October 1998. After boot camp, Oñate was stationed at the Naval Station in Mayport, Florida from November 1998 to December 2001. She served as Aviation Storekeeper/E-4, typing messages for 40 ships (supplies and gear) and then later moved across the street delivering parts to the Halo missile squadrons until she was transferred.
