Primarily Documents Elizabeth Anne Helm-Frazier and her time in the military. She talks about growing up in a predominantly African American community and how her father was also in the military during the Korean War. She goes into detail about her training and her experience as a career counselor and working in hospitals during active combat while also talking about the effects of 9/11. Helm-Frazier also talks about the people in the military and mentors that really helped her shape her career and her experience with mentoring in return.
